1. About Samples & Lead TimeQ: How can I get a sample? Is it free?A: We offer two types of samples:

  • Stock Samples: Free of charge for quality checking (shipping cost collected).

  • Custom Samples: Charged based on your specific design/logo complexity. The fee will be quoted after we review your tech pack or artwork.Sample Lead Time: Typically 7–10 days after design approval.

2. About Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)Q: What is your MOQ?A: We offer flexible tiers to suit different business needs:

  • OEM Custom Orders: 500 pcs per style/color (Fully customized).

  • ODM Orders: 48 pcs (Select from our existing designs).

  • Blank Hats: 24 pcs (In-stock items without logos).

3. Pricing & DiscountsQ: Do you offer bulk discounts?A: Yes. We operate on a tiered pricing structure. The larger your order volume, the lower the unit price. Contact our sales team for a detailed price list.

4. Company & CapabilitiesQ: Are you a factory or a trading company?A: We are a direct manufacturer and one-stop solution provider established in 1998. With 30+ years of experience and a production base covering 15,000+ sq.m, we control the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality.

5. Customization OptionsQ: What customization services do you offer?A: We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services. You can customize every detail including:

  • Style & Fit: Dad hats, snapbacks, truckers, buckets, etc.

  • Materials: Cotton, wool, polyester, corduroy, suede, etc.

  • Logos: 3D embroidery, screen printing, patches (leather/woven/rubber), and heat transfer.

  • Private Labeling: Custom woven labels, hang tags, and inside taping.

6. Shipping & DeliveryQ: What are your shipping methods and delivery times?A: We ship worldwide via:

  • Express (DHL, UPS, TNT, OCS): Best for samples and rush orders.

  • Air Freight: Approx. 7-9 days.

  • Sea Freight: Approx. 15-20 days (Cost-effective for bulk).

  • We support both your nominated forwarder and our partnered logistics providers.

7. Payment TermsQ: What are your payment terms?A:

  • For Samples: Full payment is required before sampling begins.

  • For Production:

    • Orders under $10,000: Full payment required.

    • Orders over $10,000: 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment (Installment plan available).

  • Methods: We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), L/C, and PayPal (for Trade Assurance/Samples). Standard T/T term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment for qualified orders.
