Phase 1: The Blueprint & Sourcing (1 - 2 Weeks)
Before a single needle touches the fabric, the foundation must be perfect.

Phase 2: Prototyping & Sampling (2 - 3 Weeks)
This is the most critical phase. We never rush the sample, because the sample dictates the quality of the entire bulk run.
Digitizing: Converting your

Assembly: Cutting and sewing the physical prototype.

Once you approve the physical sample and pay the bulk deposit, the heavy machinery turns on.
Cutting & Panel Preparation: Stamping out the fabric panels.
Bulk Embroidery: Decorating all the front panels before the hat is stitched together.
Construction & Inside Taping: Sewing the panels, attaching the visor, and adding your custom branded inside sweatbands and woven labels.
Quality Control (QC): Every single hat is inspected for loose threads, crooked visors, and correct hardware placement.
Phase 4: Shipping & Customs (1 - 4 Weeks)
Your hats are boxed up and ready to go. The timeline here depends entirely on your budget and urgency.
